About the role
Electrical Engineering team at GE Healthcare focuses on developing and supporting new product introductions and IB engineering programs. The Graduate Engineer Trainee will assist with schematic design, PCB layout, component selection, circuit simulation, documentation for regulatory compliance, and field failure analysis. Bengaluru, on-site, full-time role.
What you’ll do
- Create and modify electrical circuit designs and PCB drawings
- Select components and perform circuit analysis/simulation
- Prepare documentation for regulatory and quality compliance
- Analyze field data and support failure investigations
- Assist with engineering change orders and bill of materials
- Develop test fixtures and support lab experiments
- Conduct verification, validation, and root‑cause analysis activities
Nice to have
- Hands‑on basics of Electrical/Electronics engineering
- Experience with schematic/circuit diagrams and PCB layout
- Familiarity with Cadence design tools
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Strong written and oral communication skills
