About the role
Transfer Pricing Tax team at EY helps clients navigate international tax regulations and develop data‑centric pricing strategies. The Senior Consultant prepares transfer pricing documentation, conducts benchmarking studies, and leads a team of consultants and interns on complex multinational projects. Based in Mumbai, on‑site role with flexible working arrangements.
What you’ll do
- Prepare transfer pricing documentation and reports
- Develop benchmarking and comparability analyses
- Identify and price international transactions
- Manage and mentor consultants and interns
- Assist clients with transfer pricing and supply chain planning
- Conduct economic and technical analyses
- Prepare technical submissions for assessments and appeals
- Represent clients before tax authorities
What you’ll bring
- Chartered Accountant qualification
- 2-4 years core transfer pricing experience
- Proficiency with OECD TP Guidelines
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Leadership and supervisory experience
- Advanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PPT)
