About the role

Transfer Pricing team within EY Tax & ITTS helps multinational clients navigate complex tax regulations and develop arm's‑length pricing strategies. The Senior Consultant prepares transfer pricing documentation, conducts benchmarking studies, and leads a team of consultants and interns on large‑scale projects. Based in Mumbai, on‑site work at EY office, collaborating with global tax professionals to deliver compliant and value‑adding solutions.

What you’ll do

• Prepare transfer pricing documentation reports
• Conduct economic and comparability analyses for multinational clients
• Develop benchmarking studies and arm's‑length pricing models
• Manage and mentor a team of consultants and interns
• Represent clients before tax authorities and appellate bodies

What you’ll bring

• 2-4 years core transfer pricing experience
• Proficiency with Indian and foreign tax databases
• Experience preparing transfer pricing documentation and benchmarking studies
• Ability to manage consultant and intern teams
