About the role
AWS Public Sector Solutions Architecture team drives adoption of AWS cloud across Indian government, education, and healthcare sectors, enabling digital transformation and inclusive services. The Solutions Architect partners with sales and partners to design, present, and implement scalable, secure solutions using the AWS Well‑Architected Framework, while providing technical guidance and feedback to product teams. Gurugram, India, on-site role with occasional travel to customer sites.
What you’ll do
- Establish technical credibility in sales cycles for AWS services
- Develop architecture diagrams and solution narratives for public sector customers
- Provide prescriptive guidance and best practices via customer interactions, content, and events
- Gather field feedback to influence AWS service evolution
- Mentor and develop senior Solutions Architect talent
What you’ll bring
- 4+ years technology domain experience (software development, cloud, security, networking)
- 2+ years design or consulting on applications/infrastructure
- 10+ years IT development or consulting experience
