Muthoot FinCorp Branch team drives micro‑loan and gold‑backed secured loan growth in Madurai. The Senior Branch Sales Officer leads customer acquisition, builds referral partner networks, and manages end‑to‑end loan processing while ensuring collections and cross‑selling insurance. Madurai, on‑site role with hybrid flexibility as needed.

What you’ll do

• Deliver customer acquisition through business development and cold calling
• Identify micro markets and empanel referral partners for micro‑LAP and Suvarna loans
• Generate leads and conduct daily sales calls as per branch plan
• Manage customer journey across sales, process, and product championing
• Activate and nurture referral partners for new business
• Provide doorstep service and support end‑to‑end loan processing
• Bridge communication between customers and branch, ensuring collections and retention
• Cross‑sell insurance to loan customers to protect property, health, and life

What you’ll bring

• 1-5 years experience
• Strong presentation skills
• Relationship building and stakeholder management
