About the role
Tellius empowers organizations to derive insights from massive data sets using AI-driven automation. The platform offers a ChatGPT-like interface for querying billions of records, revealing key drivers and trends, and enabling complex analyses through conversational flows. This role focuses on crafting intuitive, data-rich experiences that simplify interactions with AI and analytics tools.
What you’ll do
- Design user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UIs for analytics and AI features.
- Contribute to and evolve design system components, patterns, and style guides.
- Collaborate with product managers to understand user needs and business goals.
- Collaborate with front-end engineers to ensure designs are well implemented and performant.
- Conduct user testing and research to validate designs and iterate based on feedback.
- Simplify complex data interactions into intuitive, user-friendly experiences.
- Ensure accessibility, responsiveness, and design consistency across the platform.
- Stay current on data visualization, AI, and UX trends to bring fresh ideas to the product.
What you’ll bring
- 2–3 years experience as UI/UX/Product Designer, ideally on data tools, dashboards, analytics, or BI products.
- Strong portfolio of data visualization, dashboards, analytics workflows, or conversational UI.
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar).
- Good understanding of data viz principles: charts, graphs, dashboards, performance & scalability of viz.
- Ability to translate complex analytics/data needs into clean, intuitive UI/UX.
- Experience working in cross-functional teams: product, engineering, and data science.
- Basic awareness of technical constraints (web front-end, React, libraries) and responsive layouts.
- Strong communication skills; ability to iterate based on feedback.
