About the role

What you’ll do
- Collaborate with engineers, PMs, and senior designers on feature development.
- Create inclusive UX flows and consistent UI designs.
- Conduct quantitative and qualitative research.
- Analyze data to recommend product improvements.
What you’ll bring
- 2-5 years of mobile app UX/UI design experience.
- Proficient in Figma and Adobe design tools.
- Experience with product release and performance measurement.
- Familiarity with PayPay or similar payment apps.
Nice to have
- Hands‑on HCD and design‑thinking methodology.
- Experience managing in‑house services.
