Senior UX React Engineer

About the role

Iris Software is seeking a Senior UX React Engineer to design and develop scalable React enterprise applications within its IT services practice spanning financial services, healthcare, transportation & logistics, and professional services. Day-to-day work includes defining reusable React component architecture, leading Redux state management, implementing TanStack Query strategies, driving CI/CD and deployment automation, conducting code reviews, troubleshooting production issues, and mentoring junior developers. The role is based in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India.

What you’ll do

• Design and develop scalable React enterprise applications aligned with business and engineering goals
• Define API contracts, service boundaries, and integration strategies for distributed and enterprise-grade systems
• Define reusable React component architecture and scalable frontend integration strategies
• Drive implementation of reusable React Hooks and scalable component-driven architecture patterns
• Own end-to-end delivery of assigned modules including design, development, testing support, and deployment readiness
• Conduct code reviews ensuring adherence to coding standards, security guidelines, and engineering best practices
• Lead Redux state management implementation across enterprise frontend applications
• Drive improvements in CI/CD pipelines, logging, monitoring, and deployment automation to improve operational efficiency

What you’ll bring

• Proficiency in React, CSS3, HTML5, and JavaScript (ES6+)
• Experience with React Hooks and React Maps
• Knowledge of React Performance Optimization
• Experience with Redux state management
• Familiarity with TanStack Query (React Query)
• Strong technical ownership and accountability for complex frontend delivery
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for technical and production challenges
