Senior UX React Engineer

About the role

Iris Software is seeking a Senior UX React Engineer to join its IT services team in Noida, India, building mission-critical enterprise applications across financial services, healthcare, transportation, and professional services. Day-to-day, you will design and develop scalable React applications, define reusable component architecture and API contracts, lead Redux and TanStack Query implementations, drive CI/CD and deployment automation, conduct code reviews, troubleshoot production issues, and mentor junior developers. The role is based in Noida, UP, India.

What you’ll do

• Design and develop scalable React enterprise applications aligned with business and engineering goals
• Define API contracts, service boundaries, and integration strategies for distributed and enterprise-grade systems
• Define reusable React component architecture and scalable frontend integration strategies
• Drive implementation of reusable React Hooks and scalable component-driven architecture patterns
• Own end-to-end delivery of assigned modules including design, development, testing support, and deployment readiness
• Conduct code reviews ensuring adherence to coding standards, security guidelines, and engineering best practices
• Lead Redux state management implementation across enterprise frontend applications
• Implement TanStack Query (React Query) strategies for optimized asynchronous data handling and caching
