About the role

Security Architecture team at Ethos Life builds and maintains robust security frameworks to protect the company's platforms and data. The Principal Security Engineer designs, reviews, and enhances security architectures, conducts threat modeling, and guides engineering teams through the SDLC to embed security controls. Bangalore, India, hybrid (3 days onsite).

What you’ll do

• Design and enhance security frameworks
• Conduct threat modeling and architectural assessments
• Identify and communicate security gaps
• Collaborate with engineering to prioritize product security
• Develop security policies, standards, and guidelines
• Lead data security awareness and training initiatives

What you’ll bring

• 15+ years information security experience
• 2+ years security architect role
• Bachelor's in CS or related
• CISSP preferred
• Expertise in cloud security
• Strong knowledge of security frameworks
