About the role

Cognizant seeks a Product Architect for its Insurance Solutions Group (ISG) in Chennai to design scalable Guidewire PolicyCenter solutions. The role involves leading architecture, mentoring teams, and ensuring alignment with Property & Casualty insurance standards. This hybrid position requires 12-15 years of experience.

What you’ll do

• Design and develop scalable solutions using Guidewire PolicyCenter PCF and Gosu
• Lead architecture and design of complex systems for performance and scalability
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams
• Oversee integration of new technologies to enhance system capabilities
• Conduct testing and validation to ensure quality and compliance
• Develop comprehensive documentation for system architecture and implementation
• Ensure solutions align with regulatory requirements and industry standards

What you’ll bring

• 12-15 years of experience
• Expertise in Guidewire PolicyCenter PCF
• Proficiency in Gosu programming
• Strong background in Property & Casualty Insurance
