Engineer / Lead Engineer – Project Management

About the role

Project Management Office at Aequs Limited drives customer delight and growth for strategic accounts by managing project delivery, risk, and revenue forecasting. The Engineer/Lead Engineer oversees PO processing, schedule updates, OTIF tracking, and coordinates customer meetings while ensuring QMS compliance. Based in Belagavi, Karnataka, this role follows an on‑site work model with occasional travel to customer sites.

What you’ll do

• Understand PO receipt and acknowledgment
• Update schedules with customers daily/weekly
• Prepare monthly newsletters
• Review and update project deliveries
• Coordinate customer meetings, visits, and audits
• Track OTIF and customer satisfaction metrics
• Resolve cross‑departmental issues
• Conduct daily huddles and revenue forecasts
• Perform risk analysis and action tracking
• Ensure QMS standards compliance
• Manage daily activities via SAP PS & SD
• Track project plans for on‑time FAIs

What you’ll bring

• 3-6 years project management experience
• BE Mechanical or Industrial Production degree
• PMP certification preferred
