About the role

Quality Engineering Lead (Test Lead) on Accenture's SAP Finance transformation team. Leads a team of quality engineers to design and execute end‑to‑end data migration strategies for SAP S/4HANA Finance, ensuring data quality, reconciliation and compliance across finance modules. Pune, India, on-site role focusing on SAP FI/CO migration and stakeholder coordination.

What you’ll do

• Define and own data migration strategy and roadmap
• Design and manage ETL processes for finance data
• Validate and reconcile FICO data objects with stakeholders
• Coordinate mock conversions, test cycles and cutover activities
• Lead and mentor migration team members
• Support post‑go‑live stabilization and issue resolution
• Ensure compliance with SAP S/4HANA data model changes
• Integrate migrated data with related SAP modules

What you’ll bring

• 12 years experience
• SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting
• 3+ years SAP S/4HANA data migration
• Strong SAP RMCA and FSCM knowledge
• Leadership of migration teams
• Stakeholder management
• Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting/IT
• SAP certification preferred
