About the role

Branch Management team at Muthoot FinCorp oversees the profitability and operations of the Alwar branch. The Branch Manager drives customer acquisition, retention, and cross‑selling while ensuring compliance, risk mitigation, and efficient branch accounting. Leads a team through coaching, training, and performance monitoring to meet branch targets. Based in Ramgunj Bazar‑Alwar, on‑site work required.

What you’ll do

• Maintain and grow relationships with existing and potential customers
• Identify market trends and drive up‑sell/cross‑sell initiatives
• Achieve branch profitability and meet financial targets
• Conduct field visits for marketing and collection activities
• Ensure operational adherence to policies and regulatory compliance
• Oversee branch books, statutory records, and asset upkeep
• Coordinate with audit, gold inspection, and statutory authorities
• Train, coach, and mentor branch staff

Nice to have

• 3-5 years experience in banking or financial services
• Proven track record in achieving branch targets and profitability
• Strong customer service and retention focus
• Experience in market intelligence and business development
• Excellent communication in local language and English
