Software Engineer, Full Stack Developer, Node JS & React JS

About the role

Product Group (B6000) at NetApp builds cloud-native platforms that enable critical business workflows and AI-driven experiences. As a Full Stack Engineer you will design, develop, and maintain scalable Node.js and React applications, create microservices and RESTful APIs, and integrate LLM-powered AI agents into product workflows. Bangalore, India office, on-site, hybrid schedule with occasional remote days.

What you’ll do

• Develop and maintain full‑stack applications using React and Node.js
• Design, implement, and optimize scalable microservices and APIs
• Integrate AI/LLM capabilities and build AI agents for business workflows
• Collaborate with product, UX, and architecture teams to deliver solutions
• Participate in code reviews, architecture reviews, and CI/CD processes
• Troubleshoot production issues and ensure performance and reliability
• Document technical designs and mentor junior team members

What you’ll bring

• 4-7 years full-stack development with Node.js and React
• Experience building microservices and RESTful APIs
• Proficiency with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile practices
• Strong understanding of software design patterns and algorithms
• Experience with cloud-native, event-driven architectures
• Familiarity with AI/LLM integration and agentic frameworks
• Ability to mentor junior engineers
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills
