About the role

The Lead Engineer drives the end‑to‑end electrical design process, from internal connections and layouts to electromagnetic simulation and DFMEA, ensuring compliance with ISO, IEC, and IEEE standards. The role is based in Vadodara, India, with a full‑time onsite model and relocation assistance available.
What you’ll do
- Lead electrical design process
- Optimize internal connections and layouts
- Ensure international standard compliance
- Conduct DFMEA and risk mitigation
- Apply FEA for electromagnetic, thermal, and mechanical analysis
- Collaborate with production and external stakeholders
- Maintain design documentation
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives
