Senior Compliance Analyst

About the role

GRC function at AlphaSense, building an AI‑native compliance program that sets industry standards. Owns end‑to‑end evidence collection and auditor engagement for ISO 27001, SOC 2 and ISO 42001 certifications, partnering with Engineering, IT and Legal to keep the organization audit‑ready. Works remotely from India with an on‑site work model as required by the compliance function.

What you’ll do

• Own evidence collection lifecycle across audit cycles
• Serve as primary liaison for external auditors
• Perform ongoing control testing and monitoring
• Maintain and update security policies and procedures
• Implement AI‑augmented compliance workflows
• Support AI governance and emerging regulation compliance
• Coordinate cross‑functional remediation with Engineering, IT, Legal
• Provide risk and control guidance to stakeholders

What you’ll bring

• 6+ years GRC or security audit experience
• Strong knowledge of SOC 2, ISO 27001, NIST CSF, ISO 42001
• Proficiency with GRC platforms (Drata, Vanta, AuditBoard)
• Experience managing external audit engagements
• AI‑native mindset using LLMs for evidence gathering
• Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Knowledge of privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA)
• Excellent written communication
