Senior GRC Analyst, Security Compliance Monitoring

About the role

Security Compliance Monitoring team at METRO Global Solution Center drives security compliance across the enterprise. The Senior GRC Analyst leads complex control monitoring, reviews junior analysts' work, and owns end‑to‑end compliance workstreams such as supplier security reviews and AI governance evidence. Based in Pune, on‑site work model, collaborating with onshore stakeholders and supporting audit preparation.

What you’ll do

• Lead complex control monitoring activities requiring interpretation and evidence judgment
• Technical reviewer for junior analysts, providing feedback on evidence packages
• Own specific compliance workstreams with minimal supervision
• Coach junior analysts on framework interpretation and stakeholder communication
• Partner with Assistant Manager on SOP design and continuous improvement
• Represent offshore team in onshore meetings and support audit preparation

What you’ll bring

• 5+ years GRC/IT audit/information security experience
• ISO/IEC 27001 expertise
• Strong judgment in ambiguous situations
• Excellent written English for stakeholder analyses
• ISO 27001 Lead Implementer/Lead Auditor or CISA/CISM certification
