Quality Engineer II

About the role

Qualifacts Platform Engineering builds behavioral health EHR solutions. As a Quality Engineer II you will design and execute manual test cases, perform functional and regression testing, and collaborate with development and product teams to ensure high‑quality releases. Vadodara, on‑site, 5 days/week.

What you’ll do

• Create, review and execute test cases, scenarios and plans for web and mobile applications
• Perform functional, regression, integration, smoke and system testing
• Identify, document and track defects using JIRA or Azure DevOps
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to clarify requirements and ensure test coverage
• Conduct API testing with Postman or Swagger
• Validate UI/UX consistency across devices
• Perform database validation using SQL queries
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and sprint planning

What you’ll bring

• 3-5 years manual testing
• Strong knowledge of SDLC, STLC, defect lifecycle
• Test case design techniques
• Exposure to automation tools (Playwright, TestNG, Pytest)
• Experience in Agile environments
• Basic SQL for database validation
• Excellent communication and analytical skills
• Knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field
