About the role
Paytm seeks a Senior Product Manager for its Agent & Merchant product in Bangalore. The role requires 3–6 years of core product management experience in high‑growth consumer or partner‑facing products, a proven track record of scaling products and owning KPI outcomes, and strong platform‑thinking skills. Candidates should have a data‑first mindset, experience with product analytics suites (Amplitude, Mixpanel, Google Analytics, Clevertap), and preferably hands‑on experience building AI‑native products or using AI tools for wireframing, workflows, prototyping, and data analysis. The position is full‑time, on‑site in Bangalore, and offers the opportunity to work on a large digital lending ecosystem with over 500 million registered users and 21 million merchants.
