Senior Manager, Product

About the role
This Senior Manager, Product role is based in India and focuses on shaping shared technology platforms that enable global mobility products and services. Day-to-day, you will define and execute a platform product strategy spanning scalability, reliability, security, developer experience, and AI-enabled innovation, while turning complex technical needs into high-impact platform capabilities. You will work closely with Engineering, Architecture, Security, Operations, and Product teams to own the roadmap, manage backlogs, and drive cross-functional delivery. The position is a full-time, hybrid role.
What you’ll do
- Define and own the platform product roadmap, ensuring close alignment with business objectives, technology strategy, and long-term platform vision.
- Identify opportunities to improve platform scalability, reliability, security, developer experience, and operational efficiency.
- Prioritize platform investments by balancing business value, engineering requirements, customer outcomes, and evolving organizational priorities.
- Translate business and technical requirements into clear product requirements, user stories, and actionable delivery plans.
- Manage and prioritize the platform backlog, supporting Agile delivery across multiple engineering teams.
- Coordinate cross-team dependencies, proactively identify delivery risks, and manage technical and business trade-offs.
- Monitor platform performance and continuously improve capabilities based on stakeholder feedback, usage data, and business needs.

What you’ll bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business, or a related discipline.
- At least 5 years of Product Management experience within software, platform, enterprise technology, or related environments.
- Proven experience working closely with engineering teams to develop and deliver technical products and shared platform services.
- Strong understanding of APIs, cloud technologies, integrations, and modern software development practices.
- Demonstrated experience managing product roadmaps, backlogs, priorities, and cross-functional delivery.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to navigate complex technical and business challenges.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to influence technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience working in Agile product development and delivery environments.
Nice to have
- Experience managing platform products, developer platforms, or shared technology services is preferred.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Azure and cloud-native technologies is advantageous.
- Experience with AI-enabled products, intelligent automation, or emerging technology capabilities is a plus.
- Experience working in enterprise software or regulated environments is beneficial.
- An MBA or master’s degree is preferred.
