Software Developer II, Technical Support Specialist II

About the role

External Teams – Engineering builds and maintains client-facing tools and platforms. The Software Developer II acts as the primary technical liaison, developing Python/Java scripts and SQL queries to automate ETL, resolve complex issues, and coordinate releases. Works on-site in Hyderabad with weekend shift availability and full public holiday coverage.

What you’ll do

• Primary technical point of contact for client stakeholders
• Develop and maintain automation scripts using Python/Java and SQL
• Lead incident and bug management from debugging to escalation
• Coordinate tool updates and feature rollouts
• Respond to high-tier support tickets with deep-dive analysis

What you’ll bring

• 5+ years technical support or DevOps experience
• Strong SQL data extraction and analysis
• Experience with web service APIs and JSON
• Python or Java scripting (good-to-have)
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Analytical mindset for root cause analysis
• Availability for weekend shifts (1–2 days/month)
