About the role

Talent Acquisition team at Accenture focuses on building robust candidate pipelines for global clients. The Candidate Source & Screen Analyst designs sourcing strategies, mines talent pools, screens applicants, and maintains ATS data to ensure quality hires. Mumbai, on-site, Australian shift timings (9 am‑5 pm).

What you’ll do

• Develop and execute proactive sourcing plans aligned with hiring goals
• Identify and engage candidates through internal and external channels
• Screen and shortlist candidates, ensuring data accuracy
• Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers throughout the process
• Maintain sourcing metrics and reporting in the ATS

What you’ll bring

• 3-5 years experience in talent acquisition sourcing
• Proficiency with job boards, LinkedIn, and sourcing tools
• Experience with ATS data maintenance and reporting
• Knowledge of SuccessFactors Recruiting module
• Ability to build and manage candidate pipelines
