The Candidate Source & Screen Associate manages end‑to‑end interview scheduling, coordinates assessments, and ensures a seamless candidate experience across multiple interview rounds. Hyderabad, India, on‑site role with hybrid flexibility for occasional remote work.

What you’ll do

• Manage interview scheduling across HR, technical, and leadership rounds
• Coordinate with candidates, interviewers, and hiring managers to align availability
• Handle calendar invites, virtual links, and meeting room logistics
• Track assessments, collect feedback, and maintain ATS data
• Identify and flag scheduling bottlenecks to ensure timely hiring

What you’ll bring

Any Graduation

Nice to have

• 1-3 years interview scheduling experience
• Proficiency with ATS and calendar tools (Outlook, Google Calendar)
• Advanced Excel or Google Sheets for tracking
• Strong organizational and time‑management skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination
