Agentic AI Platform Product Owner, Vice President

About the role

State Street AI Platform team drives the enterprise GenAI and agentic AI platform strategy. The Product Owner defines platform direction, prioritizes cross‑business needs, and leads product owners across pods to deliver measurable value. Based in Bangalore, India, on-site work model, with executive stakeholder engagement and governance responsibilities.

What you’ll do

• Own enterprise product strategy for the agentic AI platform
• Define and manage cross‑platform prioritization and governance frameworks
• Represent product in executive and cross‑functional governance forums
• Drive platform adoption across Investment Services, Wealth, Alpha, Global Markets
• Build, mentor, and lead product owner leadership bench across pods
• Partner with Architecture, Engineering, Data, and Knowledge Management teams
• Translate enterprise needs into roadmaps, outcomes, and release priorities
• Establish success metrics for adoption, usage, and business value

What you’ll bring

• 12–17 years product management experience
• 5+ years product leadership
• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Business, Computer Science, Engineering or related field
• Proven enterprise product strategy for AI/GenAI platforms
• Strong understanding of agentic AI platform governance and risk
• Experience influencing senior executives in matrixed orgs
• Knowledge of PDLC, agile delivery, roadmap management
• Financial services or highly regulated industry background
