About the role

Cogentiq, Fractal’s Agentic AI Platform, builds secure, scalable enterprise AI systems. As an AI Platform Architect, you design and scale agentic and generative AI platforms that power copilots, autonomous workflows, and multi‑agent systems in Bengaluru on-site. You define reference architectures, microservices APIs, and cloud‑native deployments on AWS, Azure or GCP, ensuring production‑grade reliability, observability, and governance.

What you’ll do

• Architect scalable agentic AI platforms
• Design end‑to‑end GenAI platforms
• Define microservices‑based, API‑first architectures
• Evaluate and integrate LangChain, LlamaIndex, AutoGen, CrewAI
• Ensure production‑grade reliability, observability, guardrails
• Lead cloud‑native architecture on AWS/Azure/GCP
• Mentor senior engineers, set engineering standards
• Act as technical thought leader for enterprise AI platform strategy

What you’ll bring

• 12–15 years platform engineering/architecture
• Deep expertise in AWS/Azure/GCP and Kubernetes
• Hands‑on LLMs, RAG, vector databases (Pinecone, FAISS, Weaviate)
• Strong knowledge of agentic frameworks and orchestration
• Experience in LLMOps/MLOps, model deployment, monitoring
• Proficiency in Python/Java/Go, microservices, APIs
• Solid AI safety, governance, responsible AI frameworks
