Fintech EPM Oracle Manager

About the role

Technology Consulting at EY helps clients transform finance functions using Oracle EPM cloud solutions. The Manager acts as a techno‑functional solution architect, leading end‑to‑end Oracle EPM implementations, guiding design, development, testing, training and deployment while ensuring quality and client satisfaction. Based in Bengaluru, this role works on‑site with client teams and may travel to other sites as needed.

What you’ll do

• Architect and deliver Oracle EPM solutions across SDLC phases
• Lead small development teams and ensure high‑performing delivery
• Collaborate with onshore and client stakeholders to gather requirements
• Design functional and technical specifications and oversee testing
• Provide training, deployment support and post‑go‑live services
• Maintain quality standards and consulting best practices
• Travel onsite to client locations as required

What you’ll bring

• 10+ years EPM implementation experience
• 5+ Oracle EPM projects delivered
• Expertise in Essbase, calc scripts, MaxL, MDX
• Strong knowledge of Oracle EPM cloud modules (Consolidation, Financials, Workforce, Projects)
• Experience with data integration and budgeting/forecasting processes
• Proficient in Oracle EPM cloud functionality (data management, security, reporting)
• MBA/CA/CMA/CFA preferred
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management
