Engineering Project Lead

About the role

The Engineering Project Lead serves as the primary bridge between clients and internal teams at the Bengaluru, Karnataka, India office. Day-to-day, you gather and manage customer requirements, translate complex client requests into actionable briefs, and sync with technical and recruitment teams to keep stakeholders aligned for smooth project fulfilment. The role focuses on client communication, recruitment coordination, and technical team alignment within the engineering sector.

What you’ll do

• Meet with clients to understand their business needs, project scope, and technical or staffing requirements
• Translate complex client requests into clear, actionable briefs for internal teams
• Provide regular updates to clients on project progress, hiring status, and deliverables
• Partner closely with recruiters to brief them on candidate profiles, required technical skills, and timelines
• Work with tech leads and Project Managers to ensure customer technical expectations match realistic timelines
• Update management and internal stakeholders on project milestones, risks, and resource needs

What you’ll bring

• 8+ years of experience in technical recruiting, coordination, or client servicing
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to engage both non-technical clients and technical engineers
• Very good understanding of Engineering industries and demands, especially O&G/Power
• Strong multi-tasking skills with the ability to manage competing priorities from multiple stakeholders
