About the role
CAD Designer on the Mechanical Design team at Nikkiso Clean Energy & Industrial Gases, responsible for creating and reviewing 3D models, 2D fabrication drawings, and BOMs for air separation and LNG systems, ensuring compliance with ASME B31.3 and other codes. Works closely with internal departments to coordinate project schedules, vendor reviews, and PLM/ERP data management. Vadodara, Gujarat, India, on-site, Full-time.
What you’ll do
- Prepare and revise 3D models, drawings, and BOMs in PLM tool
- Review and approve junior designers' drawings and BOMs
- Coordinate with manufacturing, quality, and project teams for query resolution
- Develop plant assembly layouts, pipe supports, and skid foundations
- Ensure designs meet safety and structural standards
What you’ll bring
- 4-7 years mechanical design experience
- Proficiency with Autodesk Plant 3D and Inventor
- Knowledge of ASME B31.3, ANSI, API standards
