About the role

Seeking a seasoned graphic designer to join The Hackett Group’s visual communications team in Telangana, India. The role involves leading design projects, creating event collateral, marketing materials, and research publications across print, digital, and web platforms. Candidates will conceptualize layouts, produce high‑quality graphics using Adobe Creative Cloud, and design engaging PowerPoint presentations that align with brand guidelines. Responsibilities include managing multiple concurrent projects, collaborating with internal stakeholders, and ensuring timely delivery of visual assets. The position requires a Bachelor's degree, at least four years of professional design experience, and strong proficiency in InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and PowerPoint. Knowledge of Adobe AfterEffects and basic web/email design is a plus. The role is full‑time, on‑site, and offers an opportunity to contribute to a fast‑paced, client‑focused environment while expanding skills in multimedia production.

What you’ll do

• Lead design projects under senior supervision
• Create event collateral, signage, social media graphics
• Produce marketing and research materials for print and digital
• Design presentations and rebrand existing decks
• Develop data-driven charts and infographics
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously

What you’ll bring

• Bachelor's Degree in Design or related field
• 4+ years of graphic design experience
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)

Nice to have

• Experience with Adobe AfterEffects for video editing
• Basic web and email design skills
• Familiarity with brand guideline compliance
