Analyst-MSS

About the role

Analyst-MSS supports the Marketing Department by maintaining the Salesforce database, managing email campaigns, and overseeing digital marketing platforms. The role involves tracking leads, opportunities, and customers, performing data updates, and generating ad‑hoc reports for global marketing initiatives. Responsibilities include secondary research, quality checks, and coordination with internal clients and functional leaders. The analyst must be proficient in Salesforce, Excel, and digital marketing tools, and possess strong communication, analytical, and project management skills.

What you’ll do

• Track and manage leads, opportunities, and customers through Salesforce.com
• View, edit, create, delete, update, and retrieve data/contacts on Salesforce
• Work on email campaigns with the global marketing team
• Assist team members in upgrading, updating, and reviewing the existing database
• Maintain the digital marketing platform
• Generate ad-hoc reports for online campaigns via Eloqua
• Conduct secondary research for Salesforce updates
• Protect intellectual property
• Adhere to policies and procedures
• Understand business functions
• Collect or provide relevant data to line functions
• Act as first level quality check analyst
• Maintain communication with internal clients
• Seek feedback and implement suggestions
• Develop verbal and written communication skills
• Maintain relationships with functional leaders
• Provide constant email communication and project updates
• Conduct monthly phone discussions and reviews
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Think creatively and solve complex problems
• Communicate progress and hurdles to manager

Nice to have

• Experience with Salesforce CRM
• Experience with digital marketing tools like Pardot or Eloqua
• Advanced Excel skills
• Strong secondary research skills
