About the role

Senior Executive in Medical Billing and Accounts Receivable will manage a portfolio of outstanding claims, ensuring timely resolution and compliance with service level agreements. The role involves proactive communication with insurance carriers, data verification, and escalation of complex cases. Candidates will meet daily productivity targets, maintain accurate records, and support billing queries while adhering to HIPAA guidelines. This position offers a hybrid work model with a structured shift schedule and opportunities to contribute to process improvements in a data‑driven environment.

What you’ll do

Interact with insurance reps to obtain status updates and resolve claims
Meet daily productivity targets and quality standards
Prioritize aging claims for timely follow‑up
Review unpaid claims and verify patient insurance info
Follow HIPAA compliance guidelines during calls
Escalate difficult collections to management
Handle patient billing queries and update account info
Post cash and write off contractual adjustments
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets

What you’ll bring

Graduation in any stream
3-6 years BPO experience
Excellent oral & written communication

Nice to have

US Healthcare AR experience preferred
