About the role

Senior Executive – Medical Billing AR Caller responsible for managing outstanding receivables, resolving denied claims, and ensuring compliance with SLAs. Works 40 hours weekly, 7:30 PM–4:30 AM IST, with weekends off. Requires strong communication, attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Must handle high‑volume calls, follow up with insurers, and maintain accurate records. Experience in BPO and US healthcare AR preferred. Remote‑eligible hybrid role based in Chennai, India.

Interact with insurance reps to resolve claims
Ensure daily productivity targets met
Prioritize aging claims for calling
Review unpaid claims
Verify patient insurance info
Follow HIPAA compliance guidelines
Escalate difficult collections
Handle billing queries
Post cash and write off adjustments
Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets

What you’ll bring

Bachelor's degree in any field
3-6 years BPO experience

Nice to have
