What you’ll do
- Achieve business numbers across assigned channels
- Hire, retain and manage off‑roll staff
- Ensure sales governance and compliance
- Track and control PDD requirement compliance
- Reduce customer complaints and cancellations
- Engage with credit, operations, risk and 2W/3W teams
- Maintain TAT for case processing
