About the role

Software Development team at Solventum builds innovative healthcare solutions at the intersection of health, material and data science. The Advanced Software Developer designs and implements microservice‑based applications, conducts performance testing, and drives CI/CD automation while collaborating with global, distributed teams. Bangalore, Karnataka, hybrid work model with on‑site collaboration as needed.

What you’ll do

• Lead technical design sessions to create reusable, maintainable code
• Develop and unit/integration test features per business requirements
• Perform performance and stress testing for responsiveness
• Implement CI/CD pipelines to improve quality and efficiency
• Participate in retrospectives to suggest process improvements
• Demonstrate product features to clients
• Identify and mitigate release risks
• Resolve client‑reported issues

What you’ll bring

• Bachelor's degree or higher
• 4-5 years software development experience
• 5+ years object‑oriented programming
