About the role

Advanced Software Developer at Solventum, a healthcare innovation leader, builds scalable, high‑performance software to empower clinicians worldwide. The role leads technical design, develops Java and TypeScript code, performs performance testing, and drives CI/CD automation. Based in Bangalore, India, the position is hybrid with onsite and remote work.

What you’ll do

• Lead technical design sessions to minimize maintenance and maximize code reuse
• Develop and unit‑test code to meet business and client expectations
• Perform performance and stress testing for responsiveness and resource usage
• Design and implement CI/CD pipelines to improve quality and efficiency
• Participate in retrospectives to drive process improvements
• Demonstrate client features and manage risk for release goals
• Resolve client‑identified issues

What you’ll bring

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field
• 3+ years software development experience

• Experience with Java, object‑oriented design, and design patterns
• JavaScript/TypeScript UI development with Angular
• IDE proficiency (Eclipse, IntelliJ, Visual Studio)
• RESTful web services
