Area Manager - CAD

About the role

As Area Manager - CAD within Hero MotoCorp's India BU, you will report to the Lead CAD and drive Channel Excellence activities across the Jaipur, RJ, IN area office. Day-to-day, you will propose annual channel plans, evaluate and activate new locations, deploy VI at channel partners, monitor compliance and competition, track performance indicators, and conduct structured monthly reviews with channel partners. The role requires an MBA and 5 to 8 years of experience, with willingness to travel extensively.

What you’ll do

• Propose annual plan by identifying white & grey spaces as per network policy with defined impact and timeline to respective zones
• Visit and evaluate proposed locations and submit the report
• Ensure timely activation through preparation and monitoring of activation progress via Gantt chart with proactive measures
• Deploy VI at channel partners as per guidelines
• Ensure compliance as per network policy and channel manual
• Track competition mapping, competition expansion and closures
• Ensure DPI/BSC and other performance indicators as per latest format and automotive data input as per standard template to zone
• Conduct structured monthly review with channel partners and share improvement and time-bound action plan with zone
