About the role

Based in India, this on‑site role requires 8‑10 years of manufacturing supervisory experience and a graduate/DME/DEE qualification.
What you’ll do
- Manage daily lab operations and workflow
- Oversee equipment maintenance, calibration, and uptime
- Control inventory of chemicals, reagents, and consumables
- Enforce safety protocols and maintain 5S standards
- Supervise and train junior technicians and staff
