About the role

Production Department at Maruti Suzuki India Ltd. manages an Electronics Lab for repair and testing of PLCs, servo drives, HMIs, and industrial robots. The Incharge leads troubleshooting of Mitsubishi PLC systems, servo drives, and FANUC/Yaskawa robots, maintains failure databases, and drives digitalization initiatives. Kharkhoda, on-site, full-time schedule.

What you’ll do

Establish and manage electronics lab
Lead troubleshooting of PLCs, servo systems, and robots
Maintain failure database and perform root cause analysis
Develop digital tools for repair history and predictive maintenance
Train maintenance team on PLC and robot troubleshooting
Ensure safety and compliance in lab operations

What you’ll bring

7-14 years experience
Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical
Mitsubishi PLC and servo expertise
Industrial robot troubleshooting
