Structural Analysis Engineer

About the role

Quest Global seeks a Structural Analysis Engineer in Hyderabad to perform linear and nonlinear structural analysis using ANSYS Mechanical. The role involves developing APDL scripts, conducting fatigue and creep calculations, and presenting analysis reviews to clients. This full-time position requires strong expertise in finite element analysis and verification of results.

What you’ll do

• Perform linear and nonlinear structural analysis using ANSYS Mechanical (APDL)
• Develop run scripts and APDL macros to reduce pre & post processing time
• Prepare analysis review documents and present them during Toll Gate reviews
• Participate in status meetings and communicate with clients as required
• Maintain 100% OTD and FTY=1 standards

What you’ll bring

• 3+ years experience in FE Analysis using ANSYS Classic
• Good knowledge of Linear & Non-Linear Static, Dynamic, and Thermo-mechanical analysis
• Proficiency in handling Materials, Geometric & Contact Non-linearity’s
• Strong hand calculation, verification, and interpretation of FE Results skills
• Experience with Fatigue analysis and Creep calculations

Nice to have

• Experience with NX UG tool
• Experience with SIESTA tool
