About the role
EXL seeks a technology auditor at AM/LAM level to conduct internal audits in technical domains. Responsibilities include executing information security and cyber security audits, documenting exceptions and risks, managing work papers in GRC, validating audit findings, and evaluating action plans. Candidates must have 3-6 years audit experience, knowledge of NIST CSF, ISO 27001, and skills in cyber security, data privacy, and risk identification. Certifications such as CISA, CISSP, CISM, ISO 27001 Lead are advantageous. Banking/NBFC experience is a plus.
What you’ll do
- Execute information security and cyber security audits
- Document exceptions and risks in technology areas
- Manage work papers and close them in GRC per timelines
- Validate audit issues across technical audits
- Show cyber security, data privacy, security skills (change, incident, threat)
- Identify risks and evaluate action plans post audit closure
- Close audit testing within defined timelines
What you’ll bring
- Bachelor of Engineering / B.Tech (E&C/CS/IT) / MCA / MBA, 3-6 yrs audit
- 3-6 yrs experience in information security / internal audit tech areas
- Certifications: CISA / CISSP / CISM / ISO 27001 Lead; Big 4 experience advantage
- Banking / NBFC experience a plus
