About the role

QA Automation Engineer on the Healthcare IT team at EXL, building automated testing frameworks for Medicare risk adjustment applications. Develops, executes, and debugs Robot Framework/Pytest test cases, writes Python libraries, and creates technical specifications to ensure data, platform, and functional quality. Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India, hybrid (3 days onsite).

What you’ll do

Create, execute, and debug automated test cases using Robot Framework/Pytest
Develop and maintain Python test libraries and scripts
Write technical functional specifications and test plans
Translate business requirements into technical test requirements
Ensure quality of applications across data, platform, and system interfaces
Collaborate with cross‑functional technology teams to align test frameworks with release goals
Assess healthcare solutions against internal and external requirements

What you’ll bring

2-3 years SQL query writing
1-2 years AWS cloud exposure
Proficiency in Robot Framework/Pytest
Proficiency in Python for custom libraries
Understanding of unit, integration, regression, performance testing
Strong written and verbal communication
Knowledge of US Healthcare required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
