About the role
Offensive Security Team at BreachLock leads the development of cutting‑edge offensive security services for enterprise clients. The Principal Penetration Tester/Team Lead drives hands‑on testing across web, API, cloud, network and mobile targets while mentoring a high‑performing pentest group and shaping methodology, tooling and service offerings. Remote work from Noida, India, with occasional client‑site engagements as needed.
What you’ll bring
- 10+ years hands‑on penetration testing
- Leadership of security testing teams
- Experience with web, API, cloud and network assessments
- Proficiency with Burp Suite, Metasploit, Cobalt Strike, BloodHound
- Deep knowledge of exploitation techniques and post‑exploitation tradecraft
- Familiarity with AWS, Azure, GCP environments
- Understanding of MITRE ATT&CK, OWASP and NIST frameworks
- Relevant certifications such as OSCP, OSWE, LPT
