Offensive Security Team at BreachLock builds cutting‑edge penetration testing services for enterprise clients. The Principal Penetration Tester leads and scales the practice while staying hands‑on, conducting complex assessments across web, API, cloud, network, and mobile environments. This hybrid role (Pune, Maharashtra, India) involves mentoring a small team, driving methodology excellence, and supporting pre‑sales and client engagements.

What you’ll do

• Conduct and oversee complex penetration testing engagements
• Develop and evolve testing methodologies, standards, and reporting frameworks
• Mentor and manage a high‑performing pentesting team
• Lead client scoping, technical walkthroughs, and executive briefings
• Support pre‑sales activities and proposal development
• Drive continuous improvement of tools, automation, and service offerings
• Ensure compliance with contractual, legal, and ethical requirements
• Contribute to practice‑level operational metrics and revenue growth

What you’ll bring

• 10+ years in cybersecurity focusing on penetration testing
• Experience leading or building penetration testing teams
• Hands‑on expertise across web, API, cloud, network, and mobile security
• Proficiency with Burp Suite, Metasploit, Cobalt Strike, BloodHound, Impacket
• Deep knowledge of exploitation techniques, post‑exploitation, lateral movement
• Familiarity with AWS, Azure, GCP, container and identity security
• Understanding of OWASP, NIST, PTES, MITRE ATT&CK, CIS benchmarks
• Experience engaging enterprise clients and executives
