The Senior Machine Learning Engineer will fine‑tune, optimize, and deploy large language models, design efficient training pipelines, and lead end‑to‑end model adaptation workflows. Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India, on-site.

What you’ll do

• Fine‑tune and optimize LLMs for domain tasks
• Own dataset preparation, training, hyperparameter tuning, and model versioning
• Build reinforcement learning pipelines (RLHF, DPO, PPO)
• Develop scalable training pipelines on multi‑GPU clusters
• Optimize GPU utilization with DeepSpeed, mixed precision, checkpointing
• Design multilingual instruction‑tuning datasets
• Evaluate models using benchmarks and human evaluation
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and data teams to deploy AI models

What you’ll bring

• 5+ years of ML/AI engineering experience
• Expertise with Python, PyTorch, Hugging Face Transformers
• Hands‑on fine‑tuning LLMs using LoRA, QLoRA, DPO, RLHF
• Experience with distributed multi‑GPU training and DeepSpeed
• Strong model evaluation and benchmarking skills
