About the role

Weekday AI – Client Platform team builds AI-powered personalized learning solutions for Indian students. As a Senior Machine Learning Engineer you will design, develop, and ship production‑grade LLM pipelines, RAG architectures, and evaluation frameworks, owning end‑to‑end services from data ingestion to microservice deployment. Noida, India, on-site role with a focus on multilingual and Indic language models.

What you’ll do

• Architect and deploy robust LLM applications and RAG pipelines
• Own full‑stack ML systems including data, retrieval, orchestration, and APIs
• Build evaluation frameworks and quality monitoring for model outputs
• Implement latency and cost engineering strategies for production scale

What you’ll bring

• 5+ years of production Python development
• Deep experience with RAG and agentic workflows using LangChain or similar
• Building evaluation pipelines and regression testing for LLM outputs
• Backend API development and cloud deployment
• Experience with model fine‑tuning (LoRA, QLoRA)
• Optimization of latency and cost via quantization or ONNX
