Electrician Level III

About the role

Electrical team at TCPL BU maintains and repairs industrial electrical systems. The Level III Electrician troubleshoots, assembles, installs, tests and maintains equipment, ensures safety protocols, and coaches junior staff. Phaltan, Maharashtra, India, on-site work model.

What you’ll do

• Troubleshoot, assemble, install, test and maintain electrical systems
• Follow HSE standards and use appropriate PPE
• Provide coaching and informal training to less experienced team members
• Perform quality inspections and support equipment uptime
• Document work according to diagrams, manuals and specifications
• Participate in continuous improvement and TPM activities
• Maintain a clean and orderly work area
• Communicate effectively with team and support functions
