About the role

SwiftWIN is hiring a seasoned Project Manager (Ecommerce) to oversee the full lifecycle of digital commerce and marketing projects. The role demands expertise in ecommerce platforms, omnichannel strategies, and cross‑functional coordination among development, design, QA, and marketing teams. Responsibilities include defining scope, setting timelines, managing budgets, mitigating risks, and maintaining clear communication with clients and stakeholders. Strong leadership, analytical thinking, and proficiency with tools such as Jira, Asana, or Trello are essential. Candidates should hold a bachelor’s degree in a related field and have at least six years of project management experience in ecommerce or digital marketing. PMP or similar certifications, Agile experience, and knowledge of SEO, PPC, and social media are highly desirable. What you’ll do

• Lead end‑to‑end project management for ecommerce and digital marketing initiatives.
• Serve as primary client liaison, ensuring clear communication and expectation management.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams (developers, designers, QA, marketing) for seamless execution.
• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Identify and mitigate risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle.
• Oversee quality assurance processes to meet high standards.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation (timelines, budgets, status reports).
• Drive continuous improvement to enhance efficiency and client satisfaction.

What you’ll bring

• Minimum 6 years of project management experience in ecommerce or digital marketing.
• Proven ability to lead cross‑functional teams and deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Strong knowledge of ecommerce platforms and omnichannel strategies.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency with project management tools (Jira, Asana, Trello).

Nice to have

• PMP or other project management certification.
• Agile methodology experience (Scrum, Kanban).
• Client account management experience.
• Knowledge of SEO, PPC, and social media marketing.
