About the role

Business Performance Reporting team in Powai Finance Centre of Excellence builds executive‑level financial dashboards and MIS reports for senior management. The role designs, develops and maintains interactive Power BI visualizations, ETL pipelines and analytics using DAX, Alteryx and Python to turn coalition client wallet data into actionable insights. Based in Mumbai with an on‑site work model, the associate collaborates across global sales, finance and technology stakeholders to deliver timely KPI reporting and support strategic cost management initiatives.

What you’ll do

Design and develop interactive Power BI dashboards and reports
Perform ETL using Alteryx and SQL to prepare data for analysis
Create DAX calculations and data models for financial metrics
Collaborate with global sales teams to gather requirements and deliver insights
Produce executive‑level presentations and KPI summaries for senior leadership
Conduct UAT testing and sign‑off for new reporting solutions
Analyze coalition effectiveness and recommend optimization strategies
Maintain data accuracy and timeliness across all financial reporting deliverables

What you’ll bring

6-8 years experience in finance analytics or MI reporting
MBA (Finance) or Bachelor’s in Technology
Advanced Excel and PowerPoint
Intermediate Power BI and DAX
Alteryx and Python for data automation
SQL query writing and data modeling
Strong communication and stakeholder management
Experience with capital markets, sales operations, investment banking products
