About the role

Birlasoft Consulting team drives SAP Costing solutions for global enterprises. The Senior Lead Consultant designs, configures, tests, and deploys SAP CO modules, collaborates with finance, manufacturing, and supply chain stakeholders, and leads post‑go‑live support. Pune, India, on-site, relocation assistance available.

What you’ll do

• Lead SAP CO solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post‑go‑live support
• Gather business requirements and translate into scalable SAP FICO solutions
• Configure key SAP CO modules including CCA, IO, PCA, Product Costing, CO‑PA, Planning
• Collaborate with finance, manufacturing, and supply chain stakeholders to optimize processes
• Design and execute period‑end closing, cost allocations, settlements, and variance analysis
• Work with ABAP, Basis, and functional teams for enhancements and integrations
• Prepare functional specs and validate technical deliverables
• Conduct SIT, UAT, user training, and knowledge transfer

Nice to have

• 10+ years SAP Costing experience
• Strong SAP FICO knowledge
• Expertise in Cost Center Accounting, Internal Orders, Profit Center Accounting
• Proficiency in Product Costing and CO‑PA
• Experience with SAP configuration and testing
• Collaboration with finance and supply chain teams
• Ability to prepare functional specifications
• Knowledge of ABAP and Basis integration

Graduate
